The residential building at Rubensstrasse 7 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1912. The villa on Rubensstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The villa in the Heimat style was built according to the plans of the architect Johann Schalk , who also designed the house at Barystraße 3 of the Pasing II villa colony . The house with deep pulled down mansard roof , hipped and window bay window in the upper floor is the second generation of the houses of the villa colony, by the Art Nouveau was coined.
