Rubensstrasse 17 (Munich)
The residential building at Rubensstrasse 17 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1903. The villa on Rubensstrasse is a protected architectural monument .
The castle-like villa with a tower was built according to the plans of the architect Ulrich Merk . The gable half hipped roof house with side stair tower and accompanying loggia was restored in 1985 during the renovation in such a way that the appearance of the building was restored.
