Rubensstrasse 5 in Obermenzing

The residential building at Rubensstrasse 5 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1900. The villa on Rubensstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The eaves-side cripple hipped roof building with a middle staircase risalit was expanded in 1954 by a street-side ground floor extension. The facade was smoothed and the shutters on the upper floor are missing today.
