Rudolf Diederichs

Rudolf Diederichs (born August 15, 1899 in Northeim , † 1967 in Munich ) was a German federal judge.

Life

Diederichs is the older brother of Georg Diederichs . He studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . In 1919 he was reciprocated in the Corps Hercynia Göttingen . In 1922 he was awarded a Dr. jur. PhD. Since October 21, 1950 at the Federal Fiscal Court , he was appointed President of the Senate on November 1, 1963 . He retired on August 31, 1967 .
