Rudolf Freinberger

Rudolf Freinberger (born October 18, 1939 in Mank , Lower Austria ; † May 4, 2019 ) was an Austrian politician of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ). From 1978 to 1987 he was a member of the Vienna State Parliament and a member of the Vienna City Council .

Life

Rudolf Freinberger learned to be a car mechanic.

At the age of 18 he joined the SPÖ. From 1968 to 1972 he acted as the chairman of the young generation in the Vienna district of Donaustadt , where he became chairman in the field of education in 1977 and co-founded the cultural association.

In 1978, at the beginning of the 12th electoral term, he entered the Vienna state parliament and municipal council . On February 4, 1987, he resigned from the state parliament in the 13th electoral term .

Rudolf Freinberger died in May 2019 at the age of 79.
