Rudolf Kleiner

Rudolf Kleiner (born January 26, 1758 in Königshofen , † August 7, 1822 in Wildbad ) was a German lawyer and administrative clerk and the first senior magistrate of the Neckarsulm District Office , established in 1807 , comparable to today's district administrator .

Life

Rudolf Kleiner studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Mainz . He then became a government advocate for the Teutonic Order in Mergentheim and was appointed court and government councilor there in 1789. In 1791, Kleiner became administrator of the court in Ellingen , in 1794 chief commissioner of the Franconian district and finally in 1803 city and country administrator of the Teutonic Order in Neckarsulm . After Neckarsulm came to Württemberg , Kleiner was taken over into the Württemberg service and appointed first director and senior magistrate of the newly created Neckarsulm district office. In 1808, Kleiner switched to internal administration at the Ministry in Stuttgart as a senior government councilor .
