Rudolf Müller (administrative lawyer)

Rudolf Müller (born March 20, 1854 in Babenhausen ; † March 24, 1912 in Stadtamhof ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

Müller came from an old family of scholars and officials and was born in Babenhausen as the son of the local judge Gustav Müller and his wife Berta, nee. Kriss was born. After attending high school with St. Stephan in Augsburg , he studied law at the University of Munich , where he became a member of the Corps Franconia . In 1879 he passed the first legal exam. He spent most of his time as a legal intern in Augsburg. In 1884 he passed the second state examination in law. He received his first job on January 1, 1885, as a District Office Assessor in Parsberg. In 1890 he was transferred to Bamberg. In 1896 he became district administrator in Vohenstrauß , in 1902 in Stadtamhof . In the same year Müller received the IV Class Cross of the Order of Merit from St. Michael . Several places of the Stadtamhof district office made him an honorary citizen.
