Rudolf Rengier

Rudolf Rengier (born August 15, 1948 in Innsbruck ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

1968-1973 Rudolf Rengier studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn , at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg . He completed his studies in 1973 with the first state examination in law at the University of Freiburg.

In 1978, Rudolf was Rengier at the University of Freiburg with the work "The evidentiary rights in present and future criminal law" Dr. jur. doctorate and passed the second state examination in the same year. In 1984 he completed his habilitation with the habilitation thesis: "Success- qualified offenses and related manifestations" .

From 1985 to 1986 Rengier was professor for criminal law, criminal procedure law and related areas at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich .

Since 1986 Rengier has been a full professor of criminal law and related areas at the University of Konstanz .

Act

Rudolf Rengier is Bernd Hecker's habilitation father and has supervised around 30 dissertations since 1991.
