Rudolf Tartter
Rudolf Erich Tartter (born August 2, 1938 in Landau in the Palatinate , † 2006 in Kaiserslautern ) was a German local politician ( CDU ).
Career
Tartter was born the son of the businessman Hermann Tartter.
From 1975 to 1991 he was district administrator for the district of Kaiserslautern .
In 1976 he was a founding member and from December 1976 to March 1986 first president of the State Music Association of Rhineland-Palatinate .
