Rudsel Sint Jago

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Rudsel Sint Jago is a football coach from Bonaire . After Arturo Charles , who was the coach from 2010 to 2012, Sint Jago was the second national coach from 2012 to 2014 in the young history of the Bonairian national soccer team .

Career

After Charles and the Bonair national team emerged from the ABCS tournament in 2012 as a clear loser - an 8-0 defeat against Suriname in the first game was followed by a 9-2 defeat against Curaçao in the match for third place - and had given up his coaching position , this was subsequently taken over by Rudsel Sint Jago. During his tenure, Bonaire was accepted as an associate member of CONCACAF and the Caribbean Football Union (CUF) on April 19, 2013 . In November of the same year he took part in the 2013 ABCS tournament on Curaçao with the Bonair national soccer team. After the team lost the first game in the Ergilio Hato stadium in Willemstad to Suriname 2-0, they won the third-place game 2-1 over Aruba two days later . Thereafter, the team completed no further international matches until June of the following year; Sint Jago subsequently gave up his coaching position. This was then taken over on May 1, 2014 by Ferdinand Bernabela , under whose tenure Bonaire became a full member of both associations (CONCACAF and CUF).
