Ruedi Josuran

Ruedi Josuran (born March 22, 1957 in Bern ) is a Swiss editor, radio presenter, television presenter, coach and author.

Life

Josuran grew up in Lugano, where he also attended schools. From 1992 to 2007 he was a radio presenter and editor at Radio 24 , Radio Zürisee and Radio DRS 1 . Josuran has been moderating the bi-weekly Talk Fenster zum Sonntag on SF 1 since April 2009 and works for the media company ERF Medien . Ruedi Josuran is a trained career, health and life balance coach with a focus on burnout prevention. He is co-founder of the "Notruf Burnout" hotline.

Ruedi Josuran is a father of two and lives with his wife Esther in Stäfa .

Works

His correspondence with Verena Hoehne was published as a book and became a bestseller: “Right in the middle and not there”. Based on an idea by Verena Hoehne, the book deals with depression from two different perspectives. His next book was published at the end of September 2006 under the title “From man to man - male friendship and male communication”. His third publication, “Seele am Abgrund”, was published in April 2008 with co-authors Thomas Knapp (author and editor of the bestseller “Burn-out - In den Krallen des Rubvogels”) and Rolf Heim from the Institute for Occupational Medicine (ifa). The book is a guide for relatives, friends and work colleagues - with the song “Börnoutblues” composed for it by Marc Dietrich (ex Peter, Sue and Marc).
