Rugby League European Federation

The Rugby League European Federation (RLEF) is the rugby league federation responsible for Europe and the rest of the Northern Hemisphere . It was founded in 2003 by the French Federation and the British / English Rugby Football League and started operations in January 2004. The only other current full member is Russia . In addition, the association has five associated members and 15 associations as official observers or unrated. The association is based in Leeds .
