Ruslan Nailjewitsch Nurtdinow ( Russian Руслан Наильевич Нуртдинов ; born March 30, 1980 in Ufa , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with HK Kuban Krasnodar in the Wysschaja Hockey League since November 2013 .

Career

Nurtdinow began his career at Salawat Julajew Ufa , for whom he played in the Russian Super League until 2001 . The striker then went to SKA Saint Petersburg for a year and in 2002 to Severstal Tscherepowez , with whom he became Russian runner-up. Here he was also the second best scorer of his team. After this success, the league rival Ak Bars Kazan signed him , which he left a year later to go back to his hometown club from Ufa. When he moved to HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk in the 2005/06 season, he first won the Spengler Cup and in 2007 his first Russian championship .

A year later he went back to Ufa, for which he played until the end of the 2009/10 season and in 2008 won the second championship title of his career. The right- shooter spent the 2010/11 season at Amur Khabarovsk , before Nurtdinov received a contract for the 2011/12 season at Severstal Tscherepowez in June 2011 . For Severstal he then completed 69 KHL games, in which he scored 26 points scorer, before moving to Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk in January 2013 within the KHL .
