The LVCI 1-50 were steam locomotives of the Lombard-Venetian and Central-Italian Railway Company (LVCI), a private Austrian-Hungarian railway company .

The 50 locomotives were delivered to the LVCI by Stephenson in 1857/58. The SB took over 15 of these 50 locomotives as class 1 . In 1867 the 35 of the LVCI and 15 of the SB came to Strade Ferrate Alta Italia (SFAI). This scrapped ten pieces in 1874 and another ten were converted into 1B.

Four of this series came to FS via the Rete Mediterranea and the Rete Adriatica 1905 as part of the 102 series . The other four locomotives of the FS 102 series came from the LVCI 155-164 .
