Name meaning
The name STRG_F refers to the key combination Control key + F ( Strg+ F), with which a search in the document or the search function can be triggered in a graphical user interface on Microsoft and Linux systems with German keyboard layouts . This is intended to allude to the investigative and research-oriented working method of the format.
criticism
In July 2020, a series of excerpts from interrogations with Stephan Ernst , the main suspect in the trial of the murder of the Kassel District President Walter Lübcke, was published . The Spiegel online columnist Samira El Ouassil criticized the fact that this created a stage for right-wing extremist and terrorist propaganda.
