Sabine Impekoven
Sabine Impekoven (born June 16, 1889 in Cologne , † April 25, 1970 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a German actress .
Life
Toni Impekoven's sister made her debut in 1907 at the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Städtisches Schauspielhaus in Berlin, to whose ensemble she belonged until 1912. This year she was seen in a silent film for the first time .
The films in which she appeared were short grotesque plays and melodramas, as were common at the time. Several times she was the partner of her husband Leo Peukert . She also continued to play theater in Berlin, for example at the Lustspielhaus. After a car accident in 1926 in which she was badly burned, she limited herself to representational duties at the side of her husband.
The grave of Sabine Impekoven and Leo Peukert is in the Munich forest cemetery .
