Sabine Kückelmann

Sabine Kückelmann (born December 10, 1957 - May 30, 2018 in Munich ) was a German photographer , filmmaker , actress and animal rights activist .

Career

In the 1980s, Kückelmann studied at the University of Television and Film in Munich . She played in several films, for example in 1982 in Der Fan and Parsifal or in 1988 in Die Venusfalle . Then she trained as a photographer at Photo Reger . She portrayed various actors. In 1996 she published the illustrated book Look into the Heart. Life in two worlds.

Since the late 1990s she has been involved with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) in the animal rights movement and lived vegan. In November 2016, she released the documentary In the Name of the Animals , which she had worked on for almost four years.

She died in 2018 at age 60 of cancer .
