Sabine Wiedenhofer

Sabine Johanna Wiedenhofer (born July 9, 1974 in Vienna ) is an Austrian contemporary artist . She works as a painter , sculptor and photographer .

Live and act

Sabine Wiedenhofer has been taking part in the Austrian art fair Art Austria since 2008 . Since 2013 her work has been shown in the Kovacek Gallery in Vienna. In her work she combines different elements of art as well as different techniques and materials. She works with photography , painting , sculpture , glass and metal and combines different elements.

In 2014 she designed stained glass windows for the chapel at Merkenstein Castle , which were produced in Murano in the Berengo Studio. In 2017 she took part in the Cologne Fine Art & Antiques and the Biennale di Venezia .

In 2017, the 168-part glass installation TriBeCa 2017 , made of Murano glass , was shown in Palazzo Franchetti as part of the Glasstress .

Sabine Wiedenhofer lives in Vienna.
