The Sagasser-Vertriebs GmbH is a beverage wholesaler based in Coburg . Sagasser has 100 director's and 200 partner markets in northern Bavaria and southern Thuringia . The Sagasser group of companies includes several subsidiaries.
history
Sagasser was founded in 1952 by Helmut and Hubert Sagasser in Coburg on Adamistraße as JUSA Betriebe OHG. In the beginning, Sagasser sold sweets and pickles in addition to drinks . On May 8, 1970 the first consumer market was opened in Coburg. At the beginning of 2001, the two family businesses Sagasser and Marco merged. Sagasser-Vertriebs GmbH took over the Coburg, Lichtenfels , Burgkunstadt and Kulmbach sales outlets under the previous name MARCO . On January 1, 2005, Sagasser acquired a stake in Getränke Hilf - Fachgroßhandels GmbH in Burgebrach . In 2009 the Frankenland beverage stores were acquired by the company Getränke Hilf in Scheinfeld . Two years later, a further five markets were integrated by the company Getränke Grüner in the Plauen area near Sagasser, which are run under the name Vogtland beverage specialist markets . On January 1, 2012, Sagasser took a majority stake in Getränke Hilf GmbH in Scheinfeld.
