Saint Motel is an American indie rock - band from Los Angeles , California . It consists of the members A / J Jackson ( vocals , guitar ), Aaron "a sharp" Sharp (guitar), Chondrak "Dak" Lerdamornpong ( bass ) and Greg Erwin ( drums ).

history

In 2009, Saint Motel released their first Extended Play, ForPlay . In 2012 the first full album was released with Voyeur . In 2014, the EP My Type was released by the music label Parlophone . Part of the EP is the so far most successful song My Type , which reached number 51 in the Swiss and number 34 in the British charts and is also part of the soundtrack of the video game FIFA 15 , which was the first time the band received media attention. The song is also featured in the intro and outro of the ARD quiz show Who knows something? used. In addition, the use YouTuber and Let's-player Gronkh the song Benny Goodman as Endscreen song on his Let's Play of Fallout 4 in 2015, and at The Outer Worlds (2019).

On October 21, 2016, Saint Motel released their first full album saintmoteltelevision , which was advertised in advance with the release of the single Move and the announcement of a North American tour. The song Move is also on the soundtrack of the game FIFA 17 by EA Sports available.
