The Saja River is located in the north of Spain in the autonomous region of Cantabria , where it flows into the Cantabrian Sea . Part of the river flows through the Saja-Besaya Natural Park , known as the Brown Bear Reserve. At Torrelavega , the Saja and Besaya rivers flow together a few kilometers from their mouth in the sea.
