Der Salbader (from: shallow, pious gossip ) is a German-language literary magazine. No. 47 will appear in autumn 2019. The focus of the published texts is on short, entertaining stories that traditionally come from the environment of the Berlin reading stages . The Salbader was founded in 1989 by Bov Bjerg , Hans Duschke, Horst Evers and Andreas Scheffler . The editorial team currently consists of the founder Scheffler and the authors Thilo Bock , Paul Bokowski , Hinark Husen and Jürgen Witte. Guest editors who change from one issue to the next have a say in the choice of text. Each edition is illustrated by a different illustrator. Well-known authors who published in Salbader were Ahne , Funny van Dannen , Frank Goosen , Wladimir Kaminer , Ulrich Roski , Jochen Schmidt , Michael Stein and Kirsten Fuchs .
