The Salindrenque is a river in France that runs in the Gard department in the Occitanie region . Its source stream Liron rises in the municipality of Soudorgues , on the southeastern slope of the wooded mountainous region of the Cevennes . It generally drains in an easterly direction and, after 23 kilometers, flows into the Gardon de Saint-Jean as a right tributary in the municipality of Thoiras . In its upper reaches, the river plunges into the valley with a considerable gradient over a short distance.
