Seminal plasma
As seminal plasma or seminal plasma in addition to the - is sperms as the first and for the propagation of the most important component - the second basic component of the male ejaculate ( semen ) of humans and animals referred to, which as a liquid from secretions of the so-called accessory sex glands : vas deferens ampoule ( ampulla of the ductus deferens ) Seminal bladder gland ( glandula vesicularis ), prostate gland ( prostate ), bulbourethral gland ( glandula bulbourethralis ) and, to a lesser extent, secretions from the testicles and epididymis .
First appearance
As a result of the testosterone level increase by two to three times shortly before puberty , it is quite possible in male children that even at this point in time, i.e. well before the start of sperm production ( Spermarche ), around mid-puberty, they have their first orgasm a - albeit very small - excretion can take place from seminal plasma alone ( ejakularche ). This ejaculate consists mainly of prostate secretion.
