The Samoyovich Peninsula ( Russian Полуостров Самойловича Poluostrow Samoilowitscha ) is a peninsula on the Knox coast of the East Antarctic Wilkesland . It is located in the area of the Bunger Oasis .
Scientists from a Soviet Antarctic expedition mapped it and named it in 1956. It was named after the Russian or Soviet polar explorer Rudolf Lasarewitsch Samoilowitsch (1881–1939).
