Sam Irons

Samuel James Brefni Irons (born September 16, 1978 in London , England ) is a British photographer .

Life

Sam attended Trinity College (Dublin) in Ireland, where he studied English literature. In 2004 he graduated from the University of Brighton , where he studied photography. In 1986, at the age of eight, he played Mamillius in Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale at the side of his father in a production of the Royal Shakespeare Company . In 1989 he also starred alongside his father in the film Danny the Champion .

family

Irons is the son of actors Jeremy Irons and Sinéad Cusack . His younger brother Max Irons is an actor. His half-brother is the Irish politician Richard Boyd Barrett (* 1968). He is the grandson of Cyril Cusack and Maureen Cusack and the nephew of Sorcha Cusack .
