Sanaa Atabrour (born February 28, 1989 ) is a Moroccan Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 49 kilograms.
Atabrour has been taking part in international competitions since 2009. At her first World Cup in Copenhagen , she reached the quarter-finals in the class up to 49 kilograms, where she only just lost to Yasmina Aziez . The final breakthrough in the international top came at the following World Cup in 2011 in Gyeongju . In the quarter-finals she defeated Kristina Griwatschewa-Kim and won her first international medal with bronze after a semi-final defeat by Yang Shu-chun . She was also successful at the Pan-Arab Games in Doha and won her first title. At the beginning of 2012 Atabrour won the African Olympic qualification tournament in Cairo in the class up to 49 kilograms in the final against Catherine Kang and secured her participation in the 2012 Olympic Games in London .
