Sancho (Roussillon)
Sancho von Roussillon (* 1161 ; † 1223 ) is the youngest son of Raimund Berengars IV of Barcelona .
In 1168 his older brother Raimund Berengar IV of Provence gave him the county of Provence . In 1209 his older brother, King Alfonso II of Aragon enfeoffed him with the county of Roussillon .
Before 1184 he married Ermesinda of Rocabertí. In 1185 he married Sancha Núñez de Lara ( House Lara ). With her he had a son, Nuno Sanchez of Roussillon . This succeeds in the counties of Cerdanya and Roussillon. His successor in Provence is Alfonso II.
