It is dedicated to the Holy First Martyrs of Rome , who werepersecuted and murderedby the Roman Emperor Nero between July 64 and 67.
history
On May 19, 1954, the parish was founded by the decree of Cardinal Vicar Clemente Micara . The church was built according to the plans of Francesco Fornari and consecrated in 1968.
Since April 29, 1969, it has been the titular church for a cardinal priest.
layout
The floor plan is reminiscent of a Maltese cross . The building was in the neoclassical style with red bricks with white stone details. In front of the entrance facade is an open portico with a horizontal roof.
