Santiago Open 2012

The Santiago Open 2012 took place from October 15th to 20th, 2012 in Santiago de Compostela , Spain . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2012/13 and belonged to the International 25 category . It was endowed with $ 25,000.

The defending champion was Borja Golán , who was eliminated in the semi-finals against Simon Rösner this year . Rösner met Cameron Pilley in the final , whom he beat with 8:11, 11: 5, 11: 8 and 16:14.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were reserved for qualifiers. The four best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Carlos Cornes a starting spot in the main draw.
