Santiago Ramírez Morales (born July 20, 1994 in Cali ) is a Colombian track cyclist who specializes in short-term disciplines.

In 2013, Santiago Ramírez won two medals at the Pan-American cycling championships, a silver in Keirin and a bronze in the sprint , and the following year he won three medals. At the 2013/14 Track Cycling World Cup in Guadalajara , he finished second in the Keirin. In 2015 he became the Pan American champion in the 1000-meter time trial , and the following year he finished ninth in the 2016 UCI track world championships .

In the same year Ramírez was nominated for the start in the sprint at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and finished 23rd. In 2017 he won the team sprint with Rubén Murillo and Fabián Puerta , and the following year he won the title in the 1000-meter time trial . At the 2019 Pan American Games , he won silver in the team sprint with Rubén Murillo, Kevin Quintero and Juan Esteban Arango .
