The Sapna ( Serbian - Cyrillic Сапна ) is an approx. 23 km long river in Bosnia and Herzegovina .
Its two source rivers Munjača and Rožaljka have their source in the Majevica Mountains . It flows into the Drina River near the town of Karakaj . It flows through the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republika Srpska .
