Sara Larsson (* 1973 ) is a Swedish writer .
life and work
Larsson studied civil engineering , but also journalism and law . She works as a consultant in the public sector. In 2015 she made her debut with the detective novel Den första lögnen (German the first lie , translated by Hanna Granz). It made it onto the top 10 bestseller list in Sweden. Like her second book Aldrig mer. ( Your silent scream , translated by Corinna Roßbach) it has been translated into German, English, Polish and Spanish, among others. Larsson addresses the themes of rape of a minor, prostitution and human trafficking in the novels(Trafficking). One of their concerns is the victims' point of view.
Larsson lives in Stockholm .
