Sarah Kuschel (born September 24, 1994 in Munich ) is a German basketball player . The 1.71 m wide player is mostly as construction player used.
Basketball career
As a teenager she was used at Friendsfactory Jahn Munich in the 2nd women's basketball league . At the same time she played in the regional league team of TS Jahn Munich and was able to achieve the title of Bayern Cup winner in 2013.
For the 2013/2014 season she moved to the second division club TuS Lichterfelde. In the 2014/2015 season she began studying in Marburg and was hired by BC Marburg . There she was part of the first division team . At the season opening in Chemnitz on September 28, 2014, she received a good minute of playing time in the 66:47 victory of BC Marburg against TuS Bad Aibling. On October 11, 2014, when BC Marburg won 70:61 against BG Donau-Ries, it was on the score sheet, but was not used. Since an entry on the match report sheet is considered a mission, she officially made 2 Bundesliga appearances, but could not prevail and was only used in the regional league team of BC Marburg. For the 2015/2016 season she moved to Krofdorf-Gleiberg to the regional league team there.
National team
In 2011 Sarah Kuschel was appointed to the try-out for the U18 European Championship by the then national coach Alexandra Maerz .
