traffic

The state road St 2163 (or at the same time the district road BT 28 ) connects Schönthal to the public road network, it runs immediately west of the single farmstead. There is an access to the federal motorway 9 at the Plech junction about half a kilometer to the north. Schönthal is not served by public transport , the next stop of the regional bus route 386 of the Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg (VGN) is at the Plech motorway entrance.
