Fallmeisterei is one of six officially named districts of the Upper Franconian market Plech . In Upper German the name Fallmeisterei refers to the house of the knacker , which is mostly away from the main town , see Fallmeisterei .

geography

The wasteland is located about one kilometer northeast of the center of Plech on the karstified northern Franconian Jura , which here has a somewhat restless elevation profile. The village is at an altitude of 436  m above sea level. NHN

history

Due to the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , the place became part of the independent rural community of Plech , to which the wasteland of Schönthal also belonged. In 1964 Fallmeisterei had six residents.

traffic

The connection to the public road network is made by several municipal roads that end in or near Plech at the state road St 2163 . There is a possibility of access to the Federal Motorway 9 at the Plech junction about one and a half kilometers to the northwest. Fallmeisterei is not served by local public transport , the next stop of the regional bus route 386 of the Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg (VGN) is in the center of Plech.
