Schachen bei Furtpoint is a place in the municipality of Manning and in the municipality of Ottnang am Hausruck in the district of Vöcklabruck , Upper Austria .
The two villages are located south of Ottnang and west of Manning and are therefore on the southern slope of the eastern foothills of the Hausruck . Although the villages are close together, they have not grown together. The hamlet of Feld is also located within the village of Ottnang. On January 1, 2020, the small town had 40 inhabitants, with the part in Manning with 22 inhabitants being the larger.
