The Schildberg nature reserve is a nature reserve in the Lippe district with a size of around 122.8 hectares. The name of the area, numbered LIP-047, is the Schildberg, which rises to the east of Lügde at an altitude of 254 m.

The area was placed under protection for the preservation, development and restoration of habitats of rare, endangered and landscape-typical animal and plant species with national importance.

Woodruff - beech forests and orchids - limestone beech forests occur in particular in the nature reserve .

On the Schildberg are the remains of the Schildberg Castle , which was probably built in the 11th or 12th century.
