The property at Schloßstraße 1 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-344 .

history

The property was created in the years 1873 to 1874 by the architect Gottfried von Neureuther in classifying forms and housed the former Hotel Zapf.

The building has three floors and a hipped or flat saddle roof . At the time of construction, the facade had elements of the Neo-Renaissance with window roofing in the form of triangular gable roofing on the first floor and straight roofing on the second floor . Today the facade is greatly simplified.

Since 1999, the property has served as an annex to the "Klinik am Kurpark" located at Kurhausstrasse 9 .
