history
The castle in its current form was built in 1840. Older parts of the castle have been preserved, namely a tower and a chapel, which date from the 16th century. Inside the castle there are salons with furniture in the style of the Louis 16 epochs . In the 19th century, when the old chapel was renovated, a new park was created.
Trivia
The Rue Rambuteau street and the Rambuteau metro station in Paris are named after Claude-Philibert Barthelot (1781–1869), Count of Rambuteau.
