Scholochowe ( Ukrainian Шолохове ; Russian Шолохово Scholochowo ) is a village in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast Dnipropetrovsk with about 3200 inhabitants (2004).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1740, is the administrative center of the district council of the same name in the west of Nikopol Rajon , which also includes the villages of Myroniwka ( Миронівка ⊙ ) with about 330 inhabitants and Ulyanivka ( Улянівка ⊙ ) with about 130 inhabitants.
Scholochowe is located at the mouth of the Solona in the Basawluk 37 km northwest of the Rajon center Nikopol . The city of Pokrov is located 20 km southwest of the village.
