Swiss cycling championship 2010
The Swiss cycling championship 2010 began on January 30, 2010 and ended on October 23, 2010 on the occasion of the finals in Baar .
As in the previous year, RV Winterthur with Marcel Waldispühl and Peter Jiricek became Swiss champions .
mode
A total of 100 elite teams took part in five divisions, nine of them in the National League A, the top division.
The National League A started with the qualifying round, in which everyone played against everyone twice. The teams in ranks 6-9 then played a relegation round. The loser of this relegation round played in the next season in the National League B, the winner played together with the other teams in the first championship round. The five best from the 1st championship round also play a 2nd championship round, whereby the points and goals from the 1st championship round are taken with them. The same five teams then also played two final rounds. The winner of the second final round was named Swiss champion.

The relegation round took place on May 1, 2010 in Möhlin . Bonus points were distributed after the results in the qualifying round. Altdorf 2 received 5 points, Möhlin received 3 points and Rheineck received 2 points.

Winterthur received 5 points, Oftringen received 4 points, Altdorf 1 received 3 points, Sirnach received 2 points and Mosnang received 1 point. Möhlin, who qualified by winning the relegation round, started without bonus points.
