Scott Eric Weinger (born October 5, 1975 in New York City ) is an American actor .

Life

Scott Weinger was born in New York as one of four children of the teacher Babs Weinger and her husband, a surgeon. He has two brothers and a sister.

Weinger played Steven Hale , the friend of DJ Tanner ( Candace Cameron Bure ) , in the 6th, 7th and at the end of the 8th season of the US sitcom Full House .

From 1994 to 1998 he studied English and French literature at Harvard University .
