In 2007 the airline took over large parts of the insolvent Slovak Airlines . The flight school was located at Trenčín Airport , on its charter flights with Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 it transported freight, passengers and mail.

In 2009 Seagle Air experienced financial difficulties due to financial difficulties. Since partners did not give any further financial injections, operations were stopped on October 23. The aircraft were then returned to their lessors.
