AirExplore is a Slovak charter airline based in Bratislava and based at Bratislava Airport .
history
AirExplore was founded in 2010 and started operations with a Boeing 737-400 .
In 2011 AirExplore took over its second aircraft with a Boeing 737-300 . By 2014, their fleet increased to 5 aircraft with additional Boeing 737-400s.
From 2014 to 2017 the fleet was converted to Boeing 737-800 .
In November 2019 AirExplore received an ETOPS certification .
Destinations
AirExplore's main business area is the ACMI leasing of its fleet to other airlines. In addition, charter flights are also operated to a small extent , for example for tour operators . In 2014 and 2015 AirExplore operated up to four planes for Ryanair . Since November 2014 she has been using a Boeing 737-800 for Palau Pacific Airways from Koror ( Palau ) on flights to Hong Kong and, since January 2016, to Taiwan-Taoyuan . Since July 2020 AirExplore has also been offering scheduled flights, initially Bratislava-Split.
