Sean Phillips (special effects artist)

Sean Phillips (born before 1989) is a film technician who specializes in visual effects .

Life

Phillips studied computer science at Michigan State University in hopes of a career as a computer graphic designer . But when he realized that there was no artistic training during his studies, he switched to Engineering Arts in his second year with an application in industrial design . After completing his training and holding several positions at Walt Disney and Sony Pictures Imageworks , he joined DreamWorks Animation as a visual effects supervisor at the end of 2010 .
