Sebastian Lühr

Sebastian Lühr (born September 30, 1979 in Buxtehude ) is a German chef .

Career

Lühr completed his apprenticeship from 1997 to 2000 at the Hotel Kronenschlösschen in Hattenheim , where he has been working again since 2007. In 2001 he moved to Landhaus Scherrer in Hamburg, and in 2002 to Hotel Bomke in Wadersloh .

In 2004 he went to Steinheuer's restaurant in Bad Neuenahr ( two stars ) and in 2005 to Joachim Wissler's Vendome in Bergisch Gladbach (three stars).

In 2007, after attending the master school in Koblenz , he returned to the Kronenschlösschen after seven years as sous-chef alongside Patrik Kimpel . In April 2013 he became head chef at the Kronenschlösschen restaurant , which was awarded a star in the 2014 Michelin Guide.
