Sedniwka ( Ukrainian Седнівка ; Russian Седневка Sednewka ) is a village in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast Kirowohrad with about 650 inhabitants (2001).

The village, founded in the middle of the 18th century, is the administrative center of the district council of the same name in Ustynivka district , which also includes the villages of Peremoshee ( Переможне , ⊙ ) with about 100 inhabitants and Selivanowe ( Селіванове , ⊙ ) with about 50 inhabitants.
The village is situated at an altitude of 63 meters on the banks of Inhul , a 354 km long left tributary of the Southern Bug , 7 km west from Rajonzentrum Ustyniwka and about 75 km south of the Oblastzentrum Kropywnyzkyj .
Territorial road T-24-01 runs through the village .
