The building at Seestraße 12 in Unterschondorf , a district of the municipality of Schondorf am Ammersee in the Upper Bavarian district of Landsberg am Lech , was built in 1905. The villa is a protected architectural monument .

architecture

The two-storey group building with a gable roof was built in the form of the Heimat style for the royal conservator Andreas Mayr from Augsburg . The country house on a raised foundation has a two-storey, polygonal floor bay with a tent roof and cornice structure on the south-eastern corner of the house . The window parapets are provided with cross-shaped plaster fields.

The entrance, accessible via a difference staircase, is located in a risalit on the north side. The facade painting framing the windows is based on the baroque style of Lüftlmalerei .
