The Mittenwald section of the German Alpine Club (DAV) e. V. ( DAV Mittenwald for short ) is a section of the German Alpine Club in Mittenwald . It was founded on January 20, 1874. The DAV Mittenwald is one of the oldest and with 3277 members (as of December 31, 2018) one of the larger sections of the German Alpine Club .
The Section has been sponsoring the Koblenz Section since 1987 , from which numerous acquaintances and friendships have emerged, which are continuously maintained.
